Generations Incorporated is seeking 3 Community Engagement Coordinators to lead our community based intergenerational literacy program initiatives for the upcoming school year. By serving with us, you would:

• Gain hands on experience coordinating multiple programs and managing volunteers.
• Serve with a team of older adult volunteers to make an impact on the community and the lives of Boston’s youth.
• Inspire leadership among community residents.
• Build skills in group facilitation, conflict resolution, program development, and evaluation.
